Andy, the party rankings depend on what status you have in the party. I'm a Congressman, so I have that rank and a blue name. Gaius is orange/red, because he is Party President. Get involved, give ideas, act on those ideas, etc, and you are sure to have new opportunities open up to you, and you are sure to increase in "rank". Rank isn't really the right word, you earn respect here through your actions.
