| Hey koolkats! I'm Kyle321n, the guy who had the audacity to run against Scrabman last month. (you all know me and I love you all ) I'd like to get my name out to the parties really early this month, and try to wrap up endorsements so I don't have to try to do that while I campaign. My main goal for the eUS is to reorganize some of the military (some of which is going on right now), and bring unity between the parties. Here's a little bit of my resume: 5 time Indiana congressman November: LiB candidate January: UIP candidate February: USWP candidate March: CvP candidate April: AAP candidate (My goal was to win in all 5 parties, I moved back to the Nationalist Party after I won. I was the first person in the New World to achieve this feat) eUS Quartermaster General Dates: December to February and April to present (Served under every president since Benn Dover) eUS Congress's Speaker of the House Dates: February 25th-April 25th eUS Vice President The final 2 days of the Uncle Sam Administration. National Guard 2nd Division (Training) Commanding Officer November-December National Guard 2nd Division (Training) Executive Officer November National Guard 2nd Division, 2nd Company Commanding Officer October My running mate will be Jewitt. Jewitt has been a Presidential candidate (I was his VP choice), a member of the Economic Council, and a 2 time Congressman. He is currently helping John Jay set up the Singapore tax system. He is an extremely dedicated citizen and an outstanding economic mind. He will be invaluable as he runs the eUS economy and I focus on my strengths with the military and foreign policy. Feel free to ask questions of me here. I'll respond in this thread if you post. Also if you ask anyone I'm not all srsbzns. I bring the lulz too! \o\ Dance /o/ PS: Shout out to Gaius, my campaign manager, and Tiacha, my lovely favorite lady! | |

| what are your plans for military organization? Its one thing to count on citizens to defend their homes but you cant just ask citizens to invade another country and pay for it not only with the taxes they pay but also out of their own pocket for moving tickets, weapons, and food. The way things are run right now its no wonder we lost the fight for FER. | |

| Yeah, I still don't quite get it. So invading FER was planned for months? 1 vs 10, and overlapping with a wargame? Not to mention a totally condescending attitude before any victory or defeat achieved. Would it not have been better to support Romania in one of her provinces upon conclusion of the wargames? --someone with some inside knowledge please explain if that would be good or bad.
Thanks.

| The US did about 780,000 damage, and from what I've heard Russia was caught very off guard. I think Tiacha hit the nail on the head concerning possible cheating by PEACE. | |

| To reply to the Hellokitty and how we could have fixed it questions:
1. I was the original idea man behind Hellokitty. We would take FER (wish Russia's support, this didn't work because they won the PTO over Atlantis's guy) and then we'd move on to take Heil-jong-something-or-another (Hellokitty as I called it) for it's high iron. Iran wouldn't really fight us too hard on that, and even if they did they wouldn't be able to counter us.
2. This didn't work because it called for Romania attacking Indonesian Iron at the same time as the US attacks. We figured that the Indo attack on Romania would have been enough of a distraction.
3. It's tough to counter fake gold and fake Q5s. There's no way that PEACE should have been able to sustain 3 major fronts like they did. It sucks, but sadly to say it's not Scrabman's fault this time. The Admins of the game fucked us on this one.

| Interesting to hear that. Yeah, it's amazing how much you pick up in a short time in this game. I'm learning quite a bit. I don't think there's any doubt about the cheating. And if there was no cheating, it seems the plan would have worked, even if barely. Anyways, nice to meet you Kyle and good luck with the campaign. And good luck to you too Gaius as manager. | |

Anyway, Kyle...
What was up with the impeachment thing? It seems to be overused and not taken very seriously. Having proposed it yourself for no real reason, what can you do to encourage Congress to take their responsibilities more seriously?

Damnit, I wish I'd been smart enough to ask that myself... especially because I brought it up so many times.

Having proposed it yourself for no real reason, what can you do to encourage Congress to take their responsibilities more seriously? Heh, well mine was agreed upon with Scrabman because we thought it'd be funny. Unfortunately no one else saw our humor. Impeachment is serious, but it's used for a lulproposal just like every other proposal. I'd be a hypocrite if I called for the end of lulproposals, and honestly I look forward to the end of the month when the new ones come out to see what links people use for discussion. Maybe we can make it so it goes back to everyone just doing it at the end of the term and not throughout the term. That seemed to work. The last impeachment though was really a blocking device to keep Scrabman in power for 7 more days. The Congressman didn't know if people would be upset by FER (we are mad, but really shouldn't be ticked at Scrab) so he figured he'd give Scrab 7 days to weather the storm, if there was one. Whatever, I guess, to each his own.

| I suspected as much with this most recent one. I'll post an article today about it.
So, Kyle, you've been in this game forever. One of my biggest complaints about Scrabman is that he seems to be happily stuck in a bubble with a handful of power players and believes that's all he needs to get anything accomplished. It would be no surprise for you to also have an 'inner circle' of sorts, but how important do you think the 'little guy' is when it comes to accomplishing your goals for the nation?

How Machiavellian of him to agree to it in private, but then have his supporters denounce you for it publicly. I wasn't sure the impeachment could carry over since it bridged the presidential election, but I have no idea how the law mechanics work.

Well it's true, I do have my "cronies" I guess. I also guess I am a "crony" for some others. And yes I'd be bringing my crew to the White House, as I stated I'm taking Bill, Tia and Gaius. The main thing I can tell the "little guy" is to: 1. Get active in the eUS forums, I do most of my stuff on there as it is. 2. Get active on IRC because it's usually just for shits and giggles. 3. Try to become a congressman/woman or Ambassador. It's the best way to get involved in the eUS political scene. If you don't want to be political get more involved in the military. These are the biggest ways you can make a difference in the country (sans the IRC, nothing gets done there)
