Im new and signed up a while ago to some generic national guard. I never got a response. What is all this military stuff with the NG, Marines, AF etc etc

Istarlan isn't the CO of the NG anymore. She's a marine now. Ask Harlot and he can direct you to the CO of the NG now.

I've forgotten his name - it is so long since I heard from them after I completed my training and got reassigned - not a single order or message.

NG has no requirements, but you need to have above 4 strength to join the Army.

Oooooh, ok. Well how do I get some battle experience, and I will be 4 strength before I know it. But the NG still would be a good idea until I get enough experience. How do I join the NG?

I only have 3.5 strength oh well 5 more days.

Actually, Army requirements is now 6 strength. I recommend joining MI and then moving on to Army.

Well i sent a second petition to join the NG last week and still havent heard anything back. So screw them, lol.

I will try to look into this, but I honestly don't know what the hold up could be. I also don't have any pull at all so I may not be that helpful hahaha

a couple days ago i asked augustis if he knew anything about it and he said he would look into it. he told me that he had talked to someone and they would om in game.......and that was two days ago

In a similar vein, I took the National guard "final exam" thing several days ago. Never heard anything back on that.

Honestly I don't know if there's really any advantage to being in the NG. Personally, I'm all for the strategic help of the nation, but if they can't get their act together, just go get your level ups on your own. Come back when you're up to 6 Strength or something to join the Army.

Just a reminder that you can still flex your military muscles without the endorsement or orders of the government.
