| Hello! I am an active USWP'er stopping by to say hi! I know Gaius (who doesn't?) and Pfeiffer frequents our forums on occasion, so I figured it only fair if I come by and introduce myself here to you folks. I'm going to peek around your forums a bit, but if anyone wants to say hello back, please do so. Thanks! -Hadrian X | |

| Hello wingfield (H10 - seriously never heard that before! Funny!), fingerguns (one of my favorite nicknames on eRep - pew, pew) and Finnegan (where did you get your cartoony avatar? I've seen them around and they look cool and customizable)!
Thanks for the warm welcome. I know Bill Brasky is fighting for more recognition for the Mentorship Program and I agree completely. There's a reason we're #1 in pop and #4 in XP. Personally, I try my best to contact new players whenever I run across one and give them a little guidance/assistance if they want it.
What are your opinions on the matter of the Mentorship Program? | |

| I think the mentorship program is a valuable asset for the eUS. I hope the government fully supports it on the national level. Of course, being Federalists, we've developed a similar program on our own to help pick up the slack and reach out to even more new people. I think if every party makes new citizen education and retention a high priority, the whole country will benefit. | |

| I'm not usually into "manga", heh, but the site works nice for an avatar here and there: www.faceyourmanga.comI'm lacking in experience when it comes to the mentorship program. While I didn't take full advantage of the program, I have read how many members have been helped by it. I agree with fingerguns (of course ) and particularly like the idea of each party having its own noob program. It gives the eUS a much wider recruiting base, throws in a bit of healthy competition, and helps eUS reach out to more than just one or two "types" of players. Futhermore, I think it is important to keep a central guide in place, in which case the current national program is defintely, as was said, an asset. | |

| I was a mentor in the program, and I was mentored myself. I know for a fact that citizens who are mentored fare better in their eLives, and normally end up having a more in-depth knowledge of the game and it's mechanics. Not that I'm biased or anything though | |

| The Federalist Party, in cooperation with the Welcoming Committee, has revived the #us-help IRC channel on irc.rizon.net. While I was exploring the eUS forum, I found the link on the Welcoming Committee forum and was linked into an empty room. I've been sitting in it and helping the few people who do come in as well as I can, but better staffing and more exposure would help a great deal. I have been trying to promote this tinyURL as a quick link into the channel: http://tinyurl.com/eUSHelpAny help with this would be appreciated. | |
