AN INTERVIEW WITH FINGERGUNS Empty
PostSubject: AN INTERVIEW WITH FINGERGUNS   AN INTERVIEW WITH FINGERGUNS EmptyTue Jul 21, 2009 11:37 pm

I had the opportunity this week to interview one of the most interesting people I find it here, Fingerguns, the Federalist Party President. In this candid interview we asked her everything, from how she feels taking over the party during war, to where she wants to lead us to, and how we can help newbs. It was a great time spent together, and it will shed light on our vision and desire to a better party and country. It is a very interesting piece of information to anyone and everyone. Read, vote and subscribe.

Voted for sure, and I love how you use an outside website to run a complete experience! I think that could someday become a trend in eRep...

Nice work!

This is great. I can see that Sergio will take the Federalist Party far. Thanks so much for all you do. He will go on to great things in the party and the country.

I put Sergio in charge of Press for NJ. Anything NJ district members want in the newsletter, they can contact Sergio to work with Feeney and yourself on.

He's also a central POC for the Media and Marketing in NJ for party members to help promote their newspapers/businesses and work with TCP. I'm going to be encouraging the other districts to do the same.

That is, of course, until his talents are recognized and he is stolen by another department Razz

CS you REALLY need to talk to me about stuff like this before you put it into place.

It doesn't really amount to that much. Just taking some of the load off of the NJ DR, who should be keeping an eye on the party member's newspapers anyway to make sure they know to promote them in our forums, etc. It also helps us to keep abreast of the events being reported in those newspapers and the events going on in the district which may be of interest to the party's press office. As far as I see it, it is entirely a local matter to the NJ district and has no direct effect on the national party except to provide them with a specific contact for the NJ district regarding their fields of interest.

If promoting the interview with you as the work of the NJ District Press Office was across the line, that is certainly a point I can sympathize with and have editted my comments appropriately.

The Media and Marketing department has a newspaper initiative. M&M and the FOP can easily work together, and should work together... but these sorts of things need to be organized with the party.

District Reps are not responsible for tracking member newspapers. They have other things to keep up on and I don't want to throw anything else onto the pile. As it stands, District Reps have to keep up on the people in their districts to make sure their wellness is high, they are living where they need to be living and their questions about the game are answered.

I appreciate the initiative and the new ideas, but we should discuss these things as you're creating work that overlaps with other departments. Please don't create any new positions or increase the workload for our members without talking to me.

Figured I'd have precinct captains take primary responsibility for their precincts in that manner. All of this is up for discussion at the FOP coordination meeting tomorrow.
